Meal Conditioning
Desolventised meal from Desolventizer Toaster outlet is conveyed to meal conditioning section via outgoing conveyor.
The meal is conditioned and cooled to desired moisture level (10 to 11%) and temperature @ 10o C above ambient before being delivered to bagging section.
The meal is conditioned in vertical / horizontal type meal conditioner working on fluidization principal provided with hot / cold air circulation and conditioned to desired temperature and moisture level.
Conditioned meal from meal cooler is then collected at the discharge end and delivered to bagging section. |
