Desolventisation Section: Desolventiser toaster is designed for efficient
desolventising of extracted meal.
 

Indirect heating of material with improved contact with hot surface helps in properly desolventising the extracted meal.

Internal vapour traveling arrangement reduce steam consumption.

Mechanical/Pneumatic level controlling system maintains minimum bed height for complete desolventisation within short contact time.

Provision of direct steam helps in maintaining quality of finished product & its moisture content.

Selection of agitator and its drive with proper reduction gear box, FLP motor & fluid coupling reduce load on drive & minimizes shut down periods.

Flexible speed of belt/extractor material bed height adjustment & rate of circulation makes it possible to use variety of seeds as well as variable range of capacity from 50% to 125% of rated capacity.

Special band conveyor belt permit better percolation.

High-pressure pump ensures better circulation and spray arrangement. Provides uniform solvent / miscella spray throughout the bed width.

Special back wash, rinsing system keeps band conveyor mesh free of checking.
Proper drainage period reduce % of entrap solvent in Extracted meal.
Miscella temperature controllers helps extractability.

Kumar Solvent Extraction Plants are designed for universal oil bearing
raw material.
 

One of the basic requirement of efficient oil extraction is preparation of raw
material, Superior design features of Solvent Extractor, Desolventiser and
distillation section minimizes process loss and cost. Also designing of solvent
Extractor Desolventising unit and distillation unit is carried out to minimize
process loss and process cost.

Distillation Section: It disolventises miscella for solvent free oil as well as
for maximum recovery of solvent.

 
Evaporator capacity designed to minimize load on condenser & better oil recovery.

Specially designed stripper with provision of cooling system, produce oil with 125 °C. flash point, and minimum moisture in the oil. The temperature of oil coming out of dryer/cooler will be 10 deg.c. above ambient temperature.

Specially designed miscella filter help to minimize fine in miscella before distillation which ultimately help to reduce scale formation in condenser.

Efficient heat exchangers results in optimum utilisation of heat reduceing steam consumption.
