| Kumar Metal Industries
has joined hands in a technical collaboration with world leaders in oil extraction and refining plants, Crown Iron Works Company USA. This means, among other things, we are now geared to manufacture Solvent extraction and vegetable oil refining plants of higher capacities ranging from 100 to 6000 Tons. Our new projects include complete plants for manufacturing PET bottles and water purification plants. Another project is dedicated towards creating equipment for manufacturing plastic products. The new projects already underway are complete oil refining plants, castor seed crushing plants, solvent extraction and coconut milk plants for African and other world markets. THE COMPANY IS ALSO INVOLVED WITH PLANTS TO MANUFACTURE SOAP, CATTLE FEED, VANASPATI (HYDROGENATION), RICE BRAN AND SOYA BEAN PROCESSING, OLEO RESINS AND HERBAL EXTRACTION PLANTS. Both in India and overseas, we have installed complete PLC controlled automatic oil plants. |

Our engineering services include basic and detailed engineering, procurement, in house testing, shipping and plant installation anagement. This heavily researched equipment is manufactured at our factory, which is over 40,000 square feet, ensuring specialization, flexibility and quality control. We train customers on-site, supervising the erection, commission and keeping us in control. We pride ourselves on our after sales service, which includes plant revamping, up gradation of - and making available - all spares. All products made as per international standard. Our services can include anything - from concept, design to project management. |
